As the founding member of JMR Consulting Services, LLC. Aaron has built JMR into a recognized leader in the health care consulting arena.  Aaron's focus remains on small to mid-size providers who need the attention to detail that Aaron provides.  Aaron is sought out by organizations for his expertise in multiple aspects of the healthcare continuum, personal approach to implementation and his "real life" approach to solving complex organiizational problems.

Aaron earned Backelors Degrees in both Business Administration and Health Planning and Management, as well as an MBA in Health Care Administration.  Aaron currently serves on the Ambulatory Care Consultants Forum for the Joint Commission.  Prior to starting JMR Consulting Services, LLC, Aaron served as Administrator, Director of Performance Improvment, Corporate and HIPAA Compliance Officer, and Director of Strategic Planning and Development for long-term care and ambulatory health care organizations. 

Aaron is a volunteer in his community as a member of the Board of Trustees for the non-profit community youth sports program and coaches various youth teams.  Aaron lives in West Orange, NJ with his wife Susanlisa and their two young daughters, Maya and Rebecca.

Dennis Jules Kessler, CPA

Dennis is a dynamic financial executive with a solid track record in providing effective and innovative solutions to complex corporate financial situations in both the for-profit and not-for-profit arenas.  Dennis joined JMR in 2007 and has brought over thirty years of professional expertise in negotiating contracts, conducting operational and financial audits, providing tax advice and preparation as well as developing business and strategic plans to this endeavor. 

Dennis has successfully maintained our firm's 100% success rate in achieving accreditation on initial survey.  His attention to details and unparalleled work ethic ensures that both our health care and financial clients have the resources they need to meet their goals.

Prior to joining JMR, Dennis served as Chief Financial Officer of several substantial corporations while maintaining a private Tax and Accounting practice.

Dennis is a graduate of Brooklyn College and earned his CPA in 1975.  He currently lives with his wife Robin in Princeton, NJ

Tiffany Torres

Account Manager/ Consultant

Physician Credentiailing, DME and Pharmacy Accreditation, Client Relations

Tiffany has been a valued member of the JMR team for the past four years.  During this time she has developed an expertise in physician credentialing requirements.  Tiffany prepares all of our accreditation applications and serves as a liaison between the client and the accrediting agency.  Our goal is to make accredition preparation as seemless as possible, and Tiffany ensures that our clients receive the attention they deserve.

Tiffany manages the accreditation process for our DME and Pharmacy Clients.  Prior to joining JMR, Tiffany gained valuable operational experience working with various healthcare professionals in rehabilitation and phyisical medicine.  She has also served as a mentor and coach to young woman seeking a professional career.
